TROUBLE WITH RealAudio Connections

There are several simple things to check that could be causing your trouble:

  • If the system has the maximum number of users online, you will not be able to connect. Try again in a few minutes, or on your next visit.
  • The path from here to you is too busy, and you are not getting a fast enough delivery of data. Try again later.
  • Your version of Real Audio needs to be updated.
  • Try clearing your browser's CACHE, then try again.
